Strength & Tone

This is a free weights class, working on all areas of the body, legs, upper and core.


Aquacise is a total body workout in the water. This is an easy, effective and enjoyable way to aerobic fitness, overall body toning and mobility.


High-intensity fitness programs are designed to burn fat and build muscle fast by stressing muscles more than other workouts.
